With 27 years of capital markets experience, eighteen with C&W, Gilbert has completed over 600 transactions valued at nearly $7 billion.

Mr. Gilbert joined C&W in 1997 as a Director within the South Florida Capital Markets Group, specializing in the disposition and financing of investment properties. Prior to C&W, Mr. Gilbert co-founded and served as President and Principal of Venturvest Realty Corporation (“Venturvest”), a regional real estate service organization with offices throughout Florida. In his capacity at Venturvest, Mr. Gilbert was responsible for a portfolio of over four million square feet of property and was also successful in completing nearly $1 billion in disposition, financing and lease transactions from 1992 through 1997.

Most importantly he has been married to his wife Belinda for 25 years and they have 3 children; Stuart (23), Brett (19) and Grace (17).

Adam Feinstein

With 20 years of investment experience, seventeen with C&W, Mr. Feinstein has completed assignments for clients with an aggregate value in excess of $3.0 billion in consideration. Mr. Feinstein specializes in the disposition of real estate equities throughout Florida.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Feinstein held brokerage positions in South Florida with Venturvest Realty and Trammel Crow Company. Mr. Feinstein, an attorney, spent several years in the real estate department of Robinson Silverman Pearce Arohnson & Berman, one of New York City’s premier real estate law firms.

With more than 12 years of investment experience, Mr. Halpern is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors based in Miami, where he specializes in the disposition of retail real estate across Florida and the Southeast.

Scott Quick acts as Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Retail Investment Sales team. Within the role, Mr. Quick oversees all financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence of investment properties with the goal of maximizing value for the client. During his tenure at C&W, Mr. Quick has been involved in the underwriting and sale of over $500 Million in commercial real estate transactions for a broad range of clients, including institutions, public and private REITS, advisors, developers, and private investors.

Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, bringing experience in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance. He is a proud Alumni of Rollins College, where he participated in the (3/2) Accelerated Management Program and obtained his Undergraduate degree in Political Science and MBA with concentrates in Finance and Management within 5 years. He was nominated by the faculty and students and achieved the “Best Speaker” award both years at the Crummer Business School. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.

Drew Winig is a Financial Analyst on Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Retail Investment Sales team, specializing in strip center properties and new business development.

Drew’s responsibilities include the complete underwriting for strip center properties, analytical market research for new business generation, and internal database creation and management.

Drew graduated from University of Miami in 2018 where he obtained a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing. In his first semester there, Drew won the University’s Webster Essay Competition. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.

As a 14+ year seasoned veteran in commercial real estate, Heidi is the Senior Graphic Designer for our team and is accountable for all aspects of marketing from the point of creation to successfully executing and delivering best-of-class product.

With an extensive background in a variety of specialties, Heidi brings an array of top-notch marketing skills and experience providing our clients with an innovative and creative marketing approach. From the initial concept of marketing the asset, to include branding, logo creation and design, Heidi handles the coordination and creation of graphic design layouts for all media deliverables to include “uniquely designed” offering memorandums and supplemental marketing materials, press releases/deal announcements, social media communications along with proposals and interactive presentations. Heidi also works closely with our five-member analyst team to prepare financial information relative to tenant and financial highlights of the asset, sale and demographic/data analysis, along with client reporting and online deal room maintenance. Heidi’s expertise in online marketing reflects in her creation of property marketing and team websites, electronic and interactive email campaigns, market research, social media efforts, team and market newsletters and client events.

Heidi began her career in commercial real estate in 2001 in Central California and has also worked in the Michigan market before transferring to South Florida where she joined Cushman & Wakefield in late 2015.

Meagan Clements

Meagan Clements is a Graphic Designer on Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Retail Investment Sales team. In this role, she works closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and analyst team to develop offering memorandums, proposals and interactive presentations, press releases, and additional marketing materials. Highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, Meagan brings a fresh perspective to the team’s innovative marketing approach.

Meagan began her career in the food service industry, working as a marketing and design manager for 4 years before transiting to commercial real estate and joining Cushman & Wakefield in early 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Miami where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Creative Advertising and Classics.
